Credit Accumulation & Completion
Recognizing that credit accumulation and credit completion are critical leading indicators of timely graduation, Thomas More University tracks the Credit Accumulation first-time, full-time cohort students earning 30 credit hours per academic year.
Also tracked is credit completion by term which is the percentage of credit hours earned compared to hours attempted for the same cohort. These metrics provide insight into academic momentum and help identify students at risk of falling behind. Thomas More has a goal of 50% for the annual credit accumulation and 89% for term credit completion, consistent with national averages.
