Every year Thomas More University puts on an exhibition of talented artists from the high school juniors and seniors in our region. Work is submitted by students or teachers and is juried by the Thomas More’s chapter of Kappa Pi, an international arts honors society. High school seniors who enter the exhibition, are juried into the exhibition, checked the scholarship box on the artwork label, and have been accepted by the University have a chance to win art scholarships worth up to $10,000.

Submission Information 2D and 3D Artwork
  1. Maximum 10 entries per instructor
  2. Must be ready to hang/display (2-D artwork must be matted or framed/wire hanger)
  3. Must have 2 labels with complete information (click here to download)
  4. Stretched canvases must be able to hang
  5. NO WET PAINT
  6. Physical pieces must be submitted (do not use the form on this page that is for video only).

Artwork Pickup
  1. Dates for Pickup Dec. 4 to Dec. 8 from 3-8 p.m.
  2. Location: The Eva G. Farris Gallery located at the main entrance to the Benedictine Library at Thomas More University.
  3. Any artwork remaining after Dec. 8 is subject to disposal.

Exhibition Dates
  1. Announcement of participants: Nov. 13
  2. Opening Reception: Monday, Nov. 13, 4–7 p.m.
  3. Scholarship Presentation: Nov. 13, 6 p.m.
  4. Exhibition Run: Nov. 13 to Nov. 30

The Eva G. Farris Gallery is located at Thomas More University (333 Thomas More Parkway; Crestview Hills, KY 41017) at the main entrance to the Benedictine Library.

Saturday: 10am–4pm
Sunday: 2pm–8pm
