TMC Intramural Sports - Rules

DIRECTIONS

  1. COMPLETELY FILL OUT THE ENTRY FORM AND HIT SUBMIT
  2. AFTER SUBMITTING FORM, PRINT OUT CONFIRMATION PAGE. IF AN ERROR OCCURS IN DELIVERY OF ENTRY FORM, YOUR CONFIRMATION PAGE WILL BE USED TO ENTER YOUR TEAM
  3. IF YOUR TEAM FORFEITS A GAME, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THE $20 FORFEIT FEE AND MUST BE PAID BY YOUR NEXT GAME OR WITHIN 1 WEEK OF THE DATE OF THE FORFEIT, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. IF YOUR TEAM FORFEITS A SECOND TIME, YOUR TEAM WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $20 FORFEIT FEE AND YOUR TEAM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LEAGUE AND ALL TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM INTRAMURALS UNTIL THE FEE IS PAID. SEE RULES ON INTRAMURAL WEBSITE FOR COMPLETE FORFEIT DETAILS
  4. COACH NORWELL WILL EMAIL YOU WHEN ENTRY FORM IS RECEIVED.
  5. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM COACHES, PLEASE EMAIL THEM.

RULES FOR ENTRY

  1. Only Thomas More College students, faculty, staff, and alumni are permitted to participate in intramurals.
  2. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TMC ID WITH YOU! STUDENT SUPERVISOR MAY ASK TO SEE IT. NO ID, NO PLAY!!
  3. Co-ed teams are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED but not mandatory.
  4. The rules for each sport will be posted on the intramural website: www.thomasmore.edu
  5. IF YOUR TEAM FORFEITS A GAME, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THE $20 FORFEIT FEE AND MUST BE PAID BY YOUR NEXT GAME OR WITHIN 1 WEEK OF THE DATE OF THE FORFEIT, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.   6. Starting times are TBA.
  7. IF THERE IS A TIME THAT YOUR TEAM CAN NOT PLAY, PLEASE NOTE.
  8. If you want your team to participate in another sport, you must submit another entry form.
  9. Please check the website for weather cancellations and/or site changes.
  10. Each Team MUST wear the same colored T-shirt. A team color will be designated upon formation of league.
  11. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th @ NOON. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE. PLEASE PRINT OFF THE CONFIRMATION SHEET AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY. YOU WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM COACH ZINK WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ENTRY.
  12. OUTDOOR GAMES WILL TENTATIVELY BEGIN THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 12th.
