Academic scholarships are renewable for four years at Thomas More University. Academic scholarships cannot be combined with other academic scholarships. Academic scholarships are based on academic achievements in high school. Application for admission to Thomas More University serves as an application for academic scholarships.
Scholarship Amount Criteria Presidential Scholarship Minimum $15,000 Awarded to top 20% of incoming class.
Fall 2020 Top 20% had a cumulative GPA of 4.0 +Dean's Scholarship Minimum $13,000 Awarded to the middle 50% of the incoming class.
Fall 2020 middle 50% had a GPA range from 3.0-3.99Thomas More Award Minimum $10,000 All admitted students to Thomas More are eligible for the Thomas More Award. Parochial Promise $14,000 Students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 from a catholic High school are eligible for the Parochial Promise. Signature Scholarships
Thomas More University offers students scholarship opportunities that challenge their academic, service, and spiritual opportunities. Opportunities in Signature Scholarships may include mentoring, community service, honors seminar, and more. Signature Scholarships require additional applications and interviews or information after acceptance to the university. Please read carefully for each scholarship for which you wish to apply.

Deadline to apply is December 11. Only 100 applications will be accepted for Fall 2021. Finalists will be selected to interview. Cannot be stacked with other institutional scholarships and awards.

Students must actively participate in the mentorship and programming and follow expectations of the PACE program.

Thomas More University is committed to ensuring that access to a quality liberal arts education is available to all students. In a time when the cost of higher education has become a barrier for some, Thomas More University has dedicated its resources to ensure that education of the highest quality is available to every student. Thomas More Trust scholarships can be combined with academic scholarships and other scholarships, but they cannot be combined with Signature Scholarships. Thomas More Trust scholarships are renewable for four years with the expectation that students maintain participation in an activity or maintain GPA requirements.
