Transcripts are available to all current and former students of Thomas More University, and all former students of Thomas More College and the Seminary of St. Pius X.

The transcript will include all undergraduate and graduate work completed at Thomas More University.

Option 1: Online Electronic Transcripts (recommended)

Complete your request securely online through the National Student Clearinghouse.  Click on the link to begin your request.

Using this process allows faster delivery of your transcript electronically. In addition, you can track the processing of your order and receive email and text alerts regarding your request.

Fee: $5.00 per transcript plus processing fees.

Option 2: In-Person Requests at the Office of the Registrar

Complete transcript request form in the Office of the Registrar.

The transcript will be sent by postal mail.  Allow 3 to 5 business days for processing the request.

Fee: $15.00 per transcript.


Transcript requests will not be processed if there is an outstanding balance with the University. If you have questions regarding your student account, please contact the Office of the Bursar at 859-344-3330.

Transcripts cannot be faxed.

The Office of the Registrar does not produce unofficial transcripts.  Currently enrolled students may access their unofficial transcripts through MyTMU.

The request must include your name and any other names used, your social security number, your date of birth, the address you would like the transcript sent, your contact information, the type of transcript requested (undergraduate or graduate), and your original signature. Transcripts are $5 per copy, and a check must accompany your request.
