Dr. Carrie Jaeger
Dr. Jaeger is a life-long resident of Northern Kentucky .She joined Thomas More College in the Spring of 2009 as an adjunct professor.She has been a full-time assistant professor in the Business Administration Department since the Fall of 2015.She holds a Bachelor degree in Biology, a Masters of Business Administration degree, and a PhD in Leadership with a focus on Business Management. She also holds certifications in Food Science, as well as Black Belt Lean Six Sigma.
Prior to joining Thomas More, she was employed as a Food Scientist. From 2009 until 2015, she served as a board member of the Cincinnati Chapter of the national organization Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce, Inc.; serving as the President of the Cincinnati Chapter from 2010-2014. Since leaving the flavor industry as a full-time employee, she has built a consulting business which serves both domestic and international customers.
Dr. Jaeger teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate programs at Thomas More College.Her main areas of focus, in both the traditional and TAP program, include the Introductory to Business and Teamwork classes, Organization and Management, undergraduate and graduate Strategy courses, and the undergraduate Organizational Behavior course.
In May of 2014, she was honored to receive the Outstanding Part-time Teacher Award at Thomas More College.
