​The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) mandates that educational institutions maintain the confidentially of student educational records. Thomas More University is committed to protecting the rights of students and ensuring that educational records are handled in a secure manner.

Students enrolled at Thomas More are considered responsible adults allowed to determine who will receive information from their records. Parents who would like access to educational records can do so with a signed release form from the student. This form can be obtained from the Registrar’s Office.
