Application Checklist

Instructions:

Thomas More College welcomes applications from all qualified students regardless of race, age, sex, national ethnic origin or physical handicap.

The following must be completed in order to be considered for admission to the Thomas More College MBA Program.

1)    The Application: You may submit the on-line application electronically or a copy must be sent to:

                                      TAP Program
                                      2670 Chancellor Drive, Suite 190
                                      Crestview Hills, KY 41017

2)    Request for Transcripts: Original transcripts from all colleges attended must be sent DIRECTLY FROM
       THAT COLLEGE to Thomas More College. You may also request a personal copy of your transcript
       be sent to you for your records. A Transcript Request Form has been provided on the web (click here).
       Mail one to each college you have attended with the appropriate fee.

3) Work Experience: Please send a complete resume to the above address.

4) Financial Aid: If you are applying for student loans or grants, please call our office for applications
(341-4554). Once you have completed the material, please mail it to our office at the above address.

Once your application and all transcripts have been received, your records will be evaluated and you will receive notification of your status from the TAP Program. Your Program representative will contact with you with updates about your file and upcoming classes. Thank you for applying to the Thomas More College MBA Program.
