Lead The Way

The Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Entertainment Marketing is a multidisciplinary study of business principles and processes applied to the sports and entertainment industries. This undergraduate major is supported by courses from the fields of communication, economics, accounting, and business. This degree program is designed to prepare students for further graduate study or a variety of career and leadership opportunities in sport business and recreational management. These fields include event management and marketing, sports media, sports sponsorship, athlete services, sports commissions, sports lawyers, manufacturers and distribution of sports products, management of sports facilities and management of teams, leagues, or college athletics. Program objectives prepare the student for the demands involved in the operation of sport programs at various levels.
