Secret Adventure Camp is a newly-created experience that offers students entering 4th-9th grades an exploration in the liberal arts. The week-long academic camp provides a creative curriculum taught by the College's professors. Campers will explore a variety of disciplines, including English, Math, Science, Philosophy and Music. Group-based activities include:
science experiments
storytelling
role playing
problem solving
dance
broadcasting
musical interpretation
writing
film reviews
and more!
The week ends with a brief presentation and brown bag lunch, where parents and friends can learn more about the campers experienced. Secret Adventure Camp encourages campers to become creative problem solvers and to discover new talents that will help them succeed in their future academic and social pursuits.
Register Early
$135 per week per student by June 15, 2012 (early bird)
$150 per week per student after June 15, 2012 A $50 deposit will reserve a spot for the Secret Adventure Camp.
Refunds
Full refunds, minus a $25 processing fee, may be given prior to June 15, 2012.
No refunds will be made after Secret Adventure Camp has begun.
Publicity and Media Waiver
All students enrolled in Secret Adventure Camp and their parents grant permission for use of any record of the student activities (i.e., photos, audio and videotaping. The material will be used by Thomas More College and Secret Adventure Camp for documentation of camp activities and promotion for future camps.
