Courses Fulfilling Core Requirements
Any course numbered MAT 121 or higher can be used to fulfill the requirement of 3 hours of college level mathematics. If a specific course is not required by your major, either MAT 125 or 205 is recommended. (MAT 121-122 is only open to elementary and middle school education majors. MAT 143 does not satisfy the prerequisite for most higher mathematics courses.)
