Circulation

For Thomas More College Faculty, Staff, and Students:
Circulating materials may be borrowed by faculty and staff for seven weeks. Circulating materials may be borrowed by students for three weeks. A current Thomas More College ID card is required to borrow materials. Materials may be renewed up to three times, unless requested by another patron.

Materials not held by the Library may be requested from other institutions through interlibrary loan. Moreover, the Library's membership in the SouthWest Ohio and Neighboring Libraries (SWON) affords Thomas More College students the privilege of borrowing material directly from any library within SWON using their validated College identification card.

For Federation of Kentucky Academic Libraries (FoKAL) Faculty and Students:
Circulating materials may be borrowed for three weeks. A current identification card from a participating Federation of Kentucky Academic Libraries (FoKAL) library is required to borrow materials. Materials may be renewed up to three times, unless requested by another patron. FoKAL borrowers are limited to five items per visit.

For Gateway Community and Technical College (GCTC) Students:
Circulating materials may be borrowed for three weeks. A current Gateway Community and Technical College (GCTC) ID card is required to borrow materials. Materials may be renewed up to three times, unless requested by another patron.

For SouthWest Ohio and Neighboring Libraries (SWON) Members:
Circulating materials may be borrowed for three weeks. A current SouthWest Ohio and Neighboring Libraries (SWON) member card is required to borrow materials. Materials may be renewed up to three times, unless requested by another patron. SWON borrowers are limited to five items per visit.

Library Instruction

Librarians are available for Library Instruction/Orientation assistance to students on project research strategies, techniques, and resources. Sessions include basic and advanced techniques about our resources and services. Appointments can be scheduled at the Circulation Desk, by calling 859-344-3615, or submitted online.
