A college scholarship has been established to honor the memory of Krystal Pepper. The goal is to raise $25,000 in the next 3 years.
Administered through Krystal's school, Thomas More College, an annual scholarship will be awarded to an elementary education major, with first preference given to graduates from Krystal's high school, Conner.
