Connor Convocation Center (Volleyball and Basketball)

The Connor Convocation Center is one of the finest small college facilities in the country. With a seating capacity of 1,200, the gym annually hosts many high-profile local events such as the Ohio-Kentucky High School All-Star Game and high school graduations.  The building has served as the home for the Kentucky Pro Cats of the American Basketball Association (ABA).

The building, which was dedicated on January 15, 1989, is a 47,000-square foot facility that features two weight rooms, an indoor running track, complete locker room facilities and two regulation-sized basketball courts.

The Connor Convocation Center, which was named after former Thomas More College athletic director and coach Jim Connor, is the home of the volleyball team as well as the men's and women's basketball teams at Thomas More.

The Bank of Kentucky Field/Griffin Plaza (Football and Soccer)

The first phase of The Bank of Kentucky Field was completed in 2008 in time for the beginning of soccer and football season.  The renovations included a new FieldTurf playing surface and scoreboard.

The complete project will also include Griffin Plaza, with a new pressbox, grandstands, concessions, athletic offices, weight room and a half court gym.

No pets are allowed in The Bank of Kentucky Field or on Griffin Plaza.

 

Thomas More Field (Softball) "The Hill"

The women's softball team plays their home games at Thomas More Field "The Hill", first built in 1998, that continues to see improvements. Since the addition of dugouts in 2000, the playing surface receives constant improvements. The addition of a parking area was completed in 2001, and then paved prior to the beginning of the 2006 season. Prior to the 2006 PAC Tournament, the on-deck circles were renovated.  In 2008 a scoreboard was added and during the summer of 2009 a permanent outfield fence was added.  In 2010 a state-of-art sprinkler system and a new outfield was added to the complex.  Thomas More Field will continue to be a fun place to watch exciting softball.

Thomas More Field (Baseball)

The baseball field's dimensions are among the biggest in the nation. The outfield wall sits at 400 feet in centerfield, 370 feet in the alleys and 330 feet down the lines. Thomas More Field has undergone renovations in recent years, all under head coach Jeff Hetzer. Thomas More field has a state-of-art sprinkler system, a pressbox  near the home dugout, a state-f-art scoreboard in right field, a warning track and new back stop and brick wall, which was installed behind home plate in 2010.

Five Seasons Sports Country Club (Tennis)

The Five Seasons Sports Country Club is situated right next to the college campus and allows students to use the facilities on a fee-waived basis. The club offers 16 tennis courts, including eight indoor, four racquetball courts, a weight and exercise room, swimming pool, running track, sauna and steam rooms, hot tub and two restaurants. These facilities provide numerous opportunities for informal and individualized recreation.
