(WEXFORD, Pa.) - Thomas More College sophomore outside hitter Brandi Corbello (Florence, Ky./Boone County) has been named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Volleyball Player of the Week.

Corbello helped the Saints clinch the 2009 PAC regular season title and the top seed and hosting rights for the 2009 PAC Tournament last week, as she recorded 71 kills (3.74 kpg), 56 digs (2.95 dpg), 11 service aces and three digs for the 4-1 Thomas More, including a 4-0 mark against conference competition.

Corbello and the rest of the Saints wrap-up the regular season on Saturday (October 31) when they travel to Danville, Kentucky for the Centre College tri-match. The Saints play host Centre at 11 a.m. and Maryville (Tenn.) College at 1 p.m.
