In 2007, Cummings guided the men’s team to the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship match and last season fell in overtime of the PAC Semifinal match.

During his first tenure at the helm, he helped build the women’s program to national prominence. The only women’s soccer team to reach the National Tournament was comprised of his recruiting classes. Since returning to Thomas More he has guided the women’s team to three straight PAC regular season titles.

Cummings has been heavily involved with soccer at the youth level as well. He was the former Director of Coaching at Newark Area Soccer Association and has worked with the Olympic Development Program in Kentucky and the Westside Soccer Club.

He holds a National Youth Coaching License and a “B” License from the United States Soccer Federation. In addition, he has helped numerous local coaches achieve their licenses. Cummings is a 1999 graduate of Northern Kentucky University.

Cummings and his wife, Michele, reside in Independence, Kentucky.
