(WEXFORD, Pa..) - Thomas More College freshman first baseman Andrew Thole (Cincinnati, Ohio/McNicholas) was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Baseball Hitter of the Week on Monday (April 13, 2009) by the conference office.

Thole batted .500 (10-for-20) with two home runs, two doubles, five runs scored and 14 runs batted-in while leading the PAC-leading Saints to a perfect 5-0 week, including a three-game conference sweep of Bethany College.

Thole and the rest of the Saints will next play on Wednesday (April 15, 2009) when they host Washington & Jefferosn College in a key PAC doubleheader at Thomas More Field in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m.
