MBA Program at Thomas More College

MBA students transforming our community - Project work

Larry Pauly, VP of Development-SPCA Cincinnati, praised the excellence of our MBA students and their outstanding work with SPCA Cincinnati. His commentary was nothing less than exuberant: "Once equipped with the needed information, the project team went into action devising a strategic plan that produced exceptional results. It was like having a brain trust at my disposal. The MBA project team, student peers and faculty mentors have effectively redesigned our outreach program, which helps us forecast outcomes. It has changed the way we operate. This positive experience has provided measurable results for the way we execute our short and long term planning. Every non-profit should consider this."

ACBSP Accredited

Since 1996, Thomas More College has helped professionals throughout the Greater Cincinnati area earn their Masters of Business Administration degree while maintaining their professional and personal commitments.

TAP provides its students with an excellent environment for academic and professional growth. Through the use of the continuing case project, the Thomas More graduate program offers a comprehensive look at decision making in a specific organization. This comprehensive approach allows students to study decision making from a broad-based perspective. The Masters Project in the Thomas More curriculum allows students to apply business research techniques in a very hands-on approach. Students find that this allows them to establish a critical link between academic theory and business application.
